Finland - International Film Guide Survey

17/02/2009 - 2008 was a year of cumulative gains for Finnish cinema. A total of 19 releases was one of the highest decades. The main reason for this flurry of activity was the availability of production funds that had not been spent in previous years, allowing a larger number of films to be made.
