First half of 2010 brings 105% increase over 2009
3D blockbusters and an extremely popular domestic release brought an outstanding increase in Bulgarian admissions figures in the first half of 2010, compared to the same period of 2009, according to data released by film distributors. During the first six months of 2010, 1.9 million tickets were sold in Bulgarian cinemas, an 85% increase over the previous year 1.05 million.
