IN THE DUVET
by F.A. Brabec
synopsis
On a picturesque square there are two houses. The first is the feather cleaner’s, the other one is tenanted by Miss Hilda, the dream-reader. These two are real enemies. The grandfather from the family of the feather cleaner’s discovers a world of dreams hidden in the duvets and finds out how to get rid of bad dreams. Consequently this means that Hilda has no business in her dream-reader’s cabinet. Everyone in town is dreaming very well and nobody asks for advice. If something wrong makes its path to someone’s dream, all they need is to have the duvet cleaned and all bad dreams are locked in a vault under the feather cleaner’s house. But one day the old man disappears... His whole family becomes involved in an adventure they never dreamed about.
