synopsis
The story follows four young people and their romantic endeavours in that blissful summer before they leave home to go to university. Grace is a visiting German student, soon to return home. She begins an impulsive and ultimately destructive relationship with a shy British boy, Jon, in her final weeks before returning to Munich and her warring family. Meanwhile her best friend Scout becomes entangled in an increasingly violent relationship with her long-term boyfriend Chris.
