QUAND JE VOIS LE SOLEIL

by Jacques Cortal

synopsis

Raphaël and Margot love each other. But then one day they learn that Margot, a prima ballerina at the height of her career and art, has a terminal illness.
Torn between desperation and rage, renunciation and revolt, how can they make their way when there are no landmarks to guide them along this new and difficult path? Masks inevitably fall to reveal the true person they hide, for this is a place where Raphaël and Margot have no other choice but to confront their inner truths. Due to circumstance, they are obliged to set off down this path. However, joined together by their fierce love, they refuse to be undone by the experience. They leap into the unknown where, for one, all will end, while for the other, everything is possible and can begin again.
