synopsis

Summer 1992 in Lima. Lucía, Aurora and their mother Elena are preparing to leave their country. They are apprehensive about saying goodbye to their loved ones and especially to Carlos, a father and ex-husband who has practically disappeared from their lives. In the midst of the social and political chaos that reigns in Peru at that time, this announced exile generates contradictory feelings, revives old regrets and generates new illusions. The future is impregnated with uncertainty. In a maelstrom of hope, fear, frustration and expectation, Lucía, Aurora and Elena are forced to confront everything that leaving implies.
