synopsis

A film dealing with the "glass ceiling", a term originating from seventies’ American sociology describing the invisible barrier related to jobs and functions, the vertical segregation in the unfolding of women’s careers that hinders women from attaining positions of importance in the hierarchy despite the fact that they have the same degrees and experience as their male colleagues.
