synopsis

A train conductor who happens upon Yamina, a young Algerian girl on one of his train rounds. Through several chance encounters, they strike up a friendship that will call into question Georges’s comfortable life, including his girlfriend. A lustrative voyage to Algeria in Yamina’s pursuit is the result of Georges’s irrational decision to follow his heart.
