Stefano Mordini

Born in Marradi in northern Italy in 1968, he entered the film industry as a producer in 1990. He has also been directing music videos and documentaries since the mid-1990s, including a four-part series about the effects of globalisation on South America, made in the years 2002/03.

He began teaching at the Istituto Universitario di Lingue Moderne (IULM) in Milan in 2002. Smalltown, Italy marks his debut as a feature film director.
