Sunshine Script Contest deadline approaching

Industry professionals have until April 7 to submit a screenplay to Scriptbase.eu, to participate in the Sunshine script competition. The winner receives a full scholarship to the 2010 MFI Script 2 Film Workshops, travel expenses included.
MFI offers extensive development and training with world-class tutors on the Aegean islands of Nissyros and Samos.
The MFI Script 2 Film Workshops programme is mostly aimed at projects with producer already attached, as writer-producer teams can get the most out of the development scheme. However, writers with no producers attached may also enter the competition.
By April 12 readers of Fade In Script Consulting will make a pre-selection of 10 screenplays. The titles of the 10 shortlisted screenplays will be published on the website. MFI Script 2 Film Workshops tutors will then select the winning screenplay and the winner will be notified on April 25.
