by Tony Gatlif (read the article) selected for the Panorama at the 62th Berlinale from February 9 to 19, French international sales company Les Films du Losange is well-equipped for a fruitful visit to the European Film Market this year. But the team headed by Agathe Valentin is also planning for the future with the launch of pre-sales on three films currently in post-production: Love by Michael Haneke, the documentary La maison de la Radio by Nicolas Philibert (Les Films d'Ici), and last in the line-up Our Children by the Belgian Joachim Lafosse.

Our Children is produced by the Belgian Versus with the Luxembourgian Samsa Films, the French Films du Worso, and the Swiss Box Productions. (Cannes’ Directors Fortnight 2008) centres on a generous doctor who has brought up a young Moroccan as his son. But the young man maries and starts a family with a young woman trapped in an emotionally oppressive atmosphere that will eventually lead to tragedy.

In Berlin, Les Films du Losange will notably show the market Kill Me by Emily Atef, Let My People Go! by Mikael Buch (from a screenplay co-written by Christophe Honoré – read the article) and L’oiseau by Yves Caumon (article).
