After Bong Joon-Ho, Gael García Bernal, Roschdy Zem, and Abbas Kiarostami, it’s Carlos Diegues (Joana Francesa) who will head the Caméra d'Or jury at the 65th Cannes Film Festival from May 16 to 27 this year.

Since 1978, the Caméra d'Or, or “Golden Camera”, has been awarded to the best film in the Official Selection (Competition, Out of Competition, and Un Certain Regard), the Critics’ Week, and the Directors’ Fortnight. This year, 22 films are competing for the prize.
