The festival has also announced the programme for its Industry Club. The central event is the third Europe-Latin America Co-production Forum, taking place from 22-24 September and featuring 15 projects from Costa Rica, Cuba, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Germany, Sweden, France and Spain that will be presented to industry members at pitching sessions and one-on-one meetings.

They will also compete for the Forum Award 2014 for Best Project, worth €10,000 and sponsored by Egeda (the Audiovisual Producers’ Rights Management Association), for the producer of one of the selected projects. The complete list of projects can be found here.

At the same time, six projects from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Guatemala and Peru will be presented in the Films in Progress 26 section, competing for the Films in Progress Industry Award of up to €200,000 in post-production services. The complete list of projects and award sponsors can be found here.

Another co-production forum is dedicated to documentaries: the tenth Lau Haizetara Documentary Co-Production Forum features 13 projects from Spain, Norway, France, Israel/Palestine and Hungary. The complete list of projects can be found here.

This year's industry focus is on Canada, organised with Telefilm Canada, in which a delegation of 12 Canadian producers will come to San Sebastián to participate in the Co-production Forum and the other Industry Club activities.

Other industry activities include: an information session on “Give me five! (How to obtain five key points in MEDIA development subsidies)”; presentations on new methods for improving access to cinema for people with disabilities, by CESyA and feelmakers.com; a presentation by Proimágenes Colombia entitled “Economic incentives for shooting in Colombia”; and a presentation on “Filming in the Basque Country”.
