The Sarajevo Film Festival has announced juries for its 21st edition, which runs 14-22 August.

The jury for the feature film competition will be presided over by Călin Peter Netzer, director of Child's Pose [+see also:

The documentary competition jury consists of Boro Kontić- a veteran Bosnian journalist and director of the media centre in Sarajevo, French-born writer/director Juliano Ribeiro Salgado- best known for Un Certain Regard Special Jury Prize-winning The Salt of the Earth [+see also:

The best short film will be chosen by the jury, comprising of Marion Döring, director of the European Film Academy; Una Gunjak, director of Sarajevo and EFA-winning short The Chicken; and Alice Kharoubi, head of Cannes Film Festival Short Films. The Sarajevo shorts competition includes ten films, which can be found here.

The EFA jury, which will decide on a nominee for European Film Academy best short film award, consists of Laurent Crouzeix, co-executive director of the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival & Market; Marina Kožul, programmer and producer of Croatia's 25 FPS Festival; and Israeli director Tom Shoval (Youth [+see also:

The jury of CICAE (International Confederation of Art Cinemas) is comprised of Sylvie Da Rocha, the general manager of Cinema Le Studio, Silvia Bahl, programmer of Metropol Düsseldorfer Filmkunstkino, and Kevin De Ridder, programmer of Belgium's Sphinx Cinema.

Finally, the Cineuropa Award for a film in the feature competition will be given out by Cineuropa's editorial coordinator David Gonzalez and Arben Zharku, director of Kosovo Cinematography Center.
