A Belgian documentary entitled A Lesson of Tolerance by Roger Beeckmans won the 22nd URTI (International TV & Radio University)Grand Prix at the Monte Carlo Festival which ended on 1 July.

Presided over by Jean-Marie Pelt, the jury praised the film for its enriching cultural diveristy elements. A Lesson of Tolerance is about sixteen people from different countries and cultural backgrounds living and working in peace and harmony in a school in Brussels.
The film was produced by Martine Barbé for Image Création and by Bill Binnemans for Belgian state broadcaster, RTBF.
