Marie-Ange Luciani and Hugues Charbonneau, who manage Paris-based outfit Les Films de Pierre, have won the 11th Daniel Toscan du Plantier Award, handed out by the Academy of Film Arts and Techniques to acknowledge the best producers of 2017. The duo thus follows in the footsteps of Eric and Nicolas Altmayer (of Mandarin), who were victorious last year.
