Madrid and Berlin-Brandenburg film commissions sign agreement

Yesterday, in Madrid, a collaboration agreement between Medienboard Berlín-Brandenburg and the Madrid Film Commission was signed. The agreement, aimed at developing film and audiovisual production between the two European regions, follows agreements previously signed between the Île de France Film Commission and the Lazio Film Commission. This is part of a larger framework, which is targeting agreements with other European capitals Film Commissions.
One of goals of this agreement is the promotion of initiatives facilitating the distribution of Spanish film and audiovisual works in Germany and vice-versa, through the identification and the establishment of contacts between distributors from both countries in order to improve cooperation.
