Strong French presence in Toronto

Roman Polanski, Patrice Chéreau, François Ozon, Radu Mihaileanu, Michael Haneke: several stars of French production in 2005 will be in the frame at the 30th Toronto Film Festival which runs from the 8th to the 17th of September and which revealed yesterday its complete line-up. Among the 335 features and shorts from 52 countries are 25 films produced or co-produced by France. Among them, Oliver Twist, the new film by Roman Polanski will be screened in the section Special Presentations alongside two features selected for official competition at the Venice Mostra (Vers Le Sud [+see also:
