, the feature-length directorial debut by Daniele De Michele, better known as Don Pasta, follows four characters in four regions of Italy, from the beginning to the end of the working day, as they discuss agriculture, fishing, livestock and cheese, and confirm whether Italian cuisine is still a living heritage. The film was screened in the 2018 Giornate degli Autori, as part of the Venetian Nights.
