synopsis

Ernst, a fine arts expert, takes advantage of his reputation and his networks to collaborate with traffickers. Playing a double game, he finds himself caught in a trap when he's asked to get his hands on Caravaggio's The Incredulity of Saint Thomas. Between Paris and New York, his adventures and the woman he loves, Ernst soon no longer knows how to distinguish between what's true and what's false.
