synopsis
Rafael Obregon has awoken from a coma after receiving an electric shock in an incident where he is found together with the hanged body of his girlfriend, Paloma Rios, a magistrate's daughter. The only thing in his head is the image of a painting by El Bosch, "The Cure for Folly : Trepanning", with some modifications compared with the original.
