Submissions are now open for the Fingal Film Festival, the next edition of which will take place in September. The festival is now accepting entries for Short films, Student Films, Irish Language, Animation, Feature film, Documentary, International and Best newcomer. The films must be submitted by 30 June. 

The Festival aims to be a platform for new talent and is making plans to make sure that the work of emerging filmmakers are viewed by a wider audience. The 2014 edition was the Festival’s most successful since inception, with larger screen and workshop attendances. Selected films from 2014 will tour various art-house venues in Ireland this year.
