Banksy

Banksy began his career as a graffiti artist in Bristol where he was a member of Bristol’s DryBreadZ Crew (DBZ) from 1992-94. He works free-hand and with stencils, latterly opting for the exclusive use of stencils.

His committed works can be seen on streets all over the world as well as in museums (MoMA, Tate Modern). He has also created album covers (for Blur among others) and has published his work in books, such as the recent publication “Wall and Piece”.
