Olivier Dahan
Born in La Ciotat in 1967, he took up studies at Marseille Art School in 1987 graduating in 1991.
A painter, he also directed music videos for recording artists such as Zucchero, Stéphane Eicher and the Cranberries, working for various record labels.
Alongside these activities, he made six short films between 1989 and 1993 before directing a television drama about young people Freres, which was shown in the Berlinale’s Panorama section in 1995.
He directed his first film for theatrical release, Déjà Mort, in 1998.
