Rasmus Heide

Born 1979, Denmark. Attended the European Film College, Ebeltoft, in 2000. Director of commercials, music videos, and television productions.

Started as a producer for DR (Danish Broadcasting Corporation) and DR2 on more than 200 television productions (2001-06). Since then moved his attention to the comedy genre with television productions for comedians such as Jan Gintberg, Carsten Bang, Mick Øgendahl, and Geo.

Has worked as assistant director on the feature film Skymaster, A Flying Family Fairytale (2006) for directors Wikke & Rasmussen. Heide's debuting feature film Take the Trash (2008) was a box-office hit, landing 6th on the top 20 chart. (Danish Film Institute)
