You, the Living wins Best Film Guldbagge
Roy Andersson and his tragicomedy about humankind, You, the Living [trailer, film focus], was the darling of last night’s annual ceremony in Stockholm for the Guldbagge Awards, taking home the most prestigious statuettes for Best Film, Best Director and Best Script.

The most nominated film, Johan Kling’s Darling [trailer], won two Guldbagges – for Best Actor (Michael Segerström) and Best Cinematography (Geir Hartly Andreassen). This was a disappointment for the film’s leading actress Michelle Meadows, who lost to Sofia Ledarp, rewarded for her performance in To Love Someone by Åke Sandgren.
