Penned by the director, the film centres on the relationship between a father named Eli (Blanc) and 27-year-old Justine (Laurent), one of his daughters and up until now the baby of the family.

But the announcement that Eli is expecting a baby with his fourth wife, Suzanne, awakens feelings of existential doubt in Justine. She sets out on a search for identity that will unsettle her relationship with her patriarch father.

Produced by Aïssa Djabri and Farid Lahouassa for Vertigo Productions (who are still basking in the success of All That Glitters), Et Soudain Tout Le Monde Me Manque has co-production support from TF1 Films Production. Shooting will last eight weeks in Paris.

UGC will handle French distribution, while TF1 International will manage international sales.
