After ten days on release, Battle of Warsaw 1920 has amassed over 600,000 admissions, a score greatly boosted by school screenings, but which is nonetheless far from Poland’s top audience attendance record, held since 1999 by Hoffman’s With Fire and Sword (7.15m viewers).

Featuring several Polish stars (Borys Szyc, Natasza Urbańska, Daniel Olbrychski, Boguslaw Linda), Battle of Warsaw 1920 was produced by the director’s company: Zodiak Jerzy Hoffman Film Production.
