Shooting kicks off in Rome for Come non detto, gay comedy by debut director Ivan Silvestrini17/11/2011 - Shooting is underway in Rome for Come non detto, first work by Ivan Silvestrini with Monica Guerritore, Josafat Vagni, Ninni Bruschetta, Francesco Montanari and Valeria Bilello. A graduate of the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, in this debut film Silvestrini tells the story of Mattia (Josafat Vagni, seen in the TV series Romanzo criminale 2) and Eduard (Equador’s Josè Dammert), a gay couple.

Mattia is about to move to Madrid to join Eduard, in order to avoid telling his family that he is gay. Eduard, however, is convinced of their relationship having the entire family’s blessing. The day before Mattia is due to leave for Spain, Eduard announces his arrival in Rome to meet the ''in-laws'' (Monica Guerritore and Ninni Bruschetta) and Mattia will have to choose whether to spill the beans to his parents or to confess to having lied to his partner. Just when all seems lost, thanks to the help of his friends Stefania (Valeria Bilello) and Giacomo (Francesco Montanari), Mattia will find an in extremis solution.
