It's All Inclusive for Denmark's Anders 'The Duck' Matthesen

10/07/2012 - Danish stand-up comedian and writer-director-actor Anders 'Anden' (The Duck) Matthesen will collaborate with Danish commercial broadcaster TV2 on All Inclusive, his new feature, which will go into production during the autumn.
"It will be a light, broad and visually exciting comedy that will hopefully lure a lot of people into the theatres. There is a huge interest for the project," said Matthesen. - "We look forward to - once again - work with and support one of Denmark's greatest comedy talents," added TV2 Programme Director Keld Reinicke.
Matthesen, who is currently preparing a Danish provincial tour with his top-rated stage show, Anders, which was premiered in Copenhagen last September, had contributed to several movies - including the fully-animated Terkel in Trouble [trailer] (2004) - before his directorial debut, the What Goes Around blockbuster, in 2009.
Originally a singer-rapper, he turned to stand-up comedy, and finished second in the Danish Stand-up Championships. His acting break on the screen came with Danish director Kenneth Kainz's award-winning Pure Hearts [trailer] (2006), in which he was a psychiatric patient suffering from Asperger's Syndrome and obsessed with an old Danish movie.
Matthesen will write the story for All Inclusive and play a few roles in the film (as he did in the Christmas at Vesterbro TV series (2004), in which he performed as 14 different characters of his own creation).
