 by Giovanni Columbu was the only film to make the International Rotterdam Festival selection, opening today. The King was already in competition at the Turin Film Festival (read article here), and will be coming out in Italy in March 2013 with Nanni Moretti’s Sacher Distribuzione.

 by Matteo Garrone, and Vinylmania - When Life Runs at 33 Revolutions Per Minute by Turin native Paolo Campana, produced by Stefilm, one of the biggest Italian names in the documentary production sphere. Mario Mazzarotto’s Italian company Movimento Film will be coproducing another film with Chile, Germany and Spain selected for Spectrum: The Future by Chilean Alicia Scherson. The film is based on novel "Una Novelita Lumpen" by Roberto Bolaño and set in Rome. It stars Santiago native Manuela Martelli, Nicolas Vaporidis and Rutger Hauer and will be coming out in Italy this spring, distributed by Movimento Film.
