French director Rebecca Zlotowski is to chair the Découverte Sony CineAlta Jury, which will be tasked with deciding between the ten short films in competition at the International Critics’ Week, whose 53rd edition will be taking place from 15-23 May as part of the 67th Cannes Festival. She will be assisted by Denmark’s Tine Fischer (director of the Copenhagen CPH:DOX Festival), German producer Benny Drechsel (Rohfilm), Abi Sakamoto (head of cinema at the French Institute of Japan) and Argentinian director Pablo Giorgelli.

) will also be chairing the Révélation France 4 Jury, which will be awarding a prize to one of the seven feature films in competition at the Week.

For the record, the feature-film jury at the International Critics’ Week 2014 will be chaired by British filmmaker Andrea Arnold (see the news).

The Week’s Selection will be unveiled on 21 April.
