For its second edition, the SFFF will host a new section entitled “Young SFFF”, dedicated to children and teenagers, which will feature a screening of the debut film Be My Baby by German director Christina Schiewe, an intense and complex drama about the relationship between a mother and her daughter, who suffers from Down’s syndrome. As was the case last year, the official jury will be complemented by a critics’ jury consisting of Cristina Nord (Taz), Jay Weissberg (Variety) and Christoph Schneider (Tagesanzeiger).
