are the most nominated films at the 70th edition of the Nastri d’Argento Awards. The former already emerged victorious at the David di Donatello Awards (with seven trophies), while the latter was screened at Cannes not long ago and has already raked in €3 million at the Italian box office. The film journalists at the SNGCI have given Paolo Virzì’s Like Crazy ten nominations, including Best Film, Best Screenplay and Best Actress (for both Valeria Bruni Tedeschi and Micaela Ramazzotti). Among the nine categories that this year’s revelation film, They Call Me Jeeg by Gabriele Mainetti, has been nominated in, we could mention Best New Director, Best Screenplay, and Best Lead (Claudio Santamaria) and Supporting Actors (Luca Marinelli).
