The action of film (with a screenplay written by Mastandrea and Enrico Audenino) occurs at Carolina’s house on a Sunday in May. You end up counting the hours because 24 hours later, it becomes necessary to publically join the collective disarray in a small coastal community, a few kilometres from the capital. This chaos stems from the loss of Mauro Secondari, a young worker who falls to his death in the factory where he works, a place that has employed at least three generations of the local population. In this way, Carolina finds herself alone after seven days, with a ten-year old son and extreme difficulties in tapping into the pain of having lost the love of her life. The burial is just a day away and everyone expects to see a devastated young widow, collapsing from grief every few minutes. What can be done to ensure that all these people are not deceived? ), Stefano Dionisi (recently on Sky in the TV series 1993), Arturo Marchetti and Milena Vukotic. Cinematography has been entrusted to Andrea Fastella, sound to Gianluca Constamagna, sets to Marta Maffucci, and costumes to Olivia Bellini.

Ride, recognised for its cultural interest and therefore made with the contribution and patronage of the Direction générale Cinéma du Ministère de la Culture, will be brought to Italian screens by 01 Distribution.

Among the latest productions from Kimerafilm, Il Contagio, the second feature film by Matteo Botrugno and Daniele Coluccini (after Et In Terra Pax, also produced by Kimerafilm) deserves a mention. This film, based on a novel by Walter Siti, will release soon and be distributed by Notorious Pictures.
