Swiss films in the spotlight at Lünen

Six Swiss features are on show at the 17th Lünen Film Festival in Germany (November 16-19).

Among the films lined up are two successful titles by Michael Steiner: My Name is Eugen [+see also:

Two debut films – Going Private by Stina Werenfels and Drum Bun by Robert Ralston – will also be screened, along with Sabine Gisiger’s documentary Gambit and cult film Broken Silence by Wolfgang Panzer (1995).

On November 18, a forum on "the miracle of Swiss cinema" will be attended by directors Gisiger, Steiner and Ralston, as well as by Michael Sauter, who co-wrote My Name is Eugen and Grounding.
