Intramovies sells Olmi’s One Hundred Nails

, screening today as part of the Cannes Film Festival’s 60th anniversary tribute, has been picked up by the Rome-based sales company Intramovies.

The great Italian master, winner of a Palme d’Or in 1978 for The Tree of Wooden Clogs (L’albero degli Zoccoli), will present his latest opus to the press this morning and later today at a unique market screening. Jeff Nuyts, head of international sales at Intramovies, stated that the film was an amazing success in Italy, where it has grossed over €2m thanks to Mikado’s careful handling.

Another Italian film doing well at the local box office is Davide Marengo’s directorial debut Night Bus [+see also:

, starring Giovanna Mezzogiorno and Valerio Mastrandrea. The film, which is screening at the Cannes market, is number three at the Italian box office after being released by 01 Distribution one week ago.

Intramovies is also selling two Austrian feature debuts produced by Novotny & Novotny: All Invisible Things (Heile Welt) [+see also:
