Cineuropa met with Pandora da Cunha Telles, producer for Ukbar Filmes, at the Rome Film Market, "The Business Street". The Portuguese producer says there have been many positive changes in the production sector in several European countries and she talks in particular about Portugal, where, thanks to a new law, cinema receives more money from the State.
