Julia is a young lady, a foreigner, who comes to a beautiful city in Europe. This magical city invites her for four times and lets her sounter in its baroque labyrinth of area and echos. Julia spends four various stories in various seasons, which have different atmosphere, colour, rhythm and plot. Accompanied by mysterious Jecmínek she seeks refuge from her solicitous mother, weak men and especially from herself in the city of students, soldiers, artists and angels. Julia lives her story time after time as a game, where she puts on a mask and runs away. She would get lost in herself if there didn't exist a love of angels, which gives her courage to live only one life - her own.
