LITTLE ROSE

synopsis

Year 1968. Student protests and anti-Semitic campaign continue. Captain Rożek is given the task to work out a well-known dissident writer. To reach him, he sends his mistress to him, a secret agent nicknamed Różyczka (Little Rose)- a young and beautiful woman. The agent takes on the role of the novice writer, wins the trust of the writer, and soon his love. Rożek controls the agent, gathers information and receives approval from his superiors. Surprisingly, Różyczka begins to appreciate the personality, knowledge and class of the writer, and sees the vulgarity of existence shared so far with Rożek. She tries to break up with the old life. Inspired by a true story.
