What do you do when a very close friend leaves you his video recordings? What do you do when he dies without saying goodbye? A group of friends are left with a legacy. They decide to finish the film as a tribute to their late friend. Krzysztof Nowiński, a 21-one-year-old student of acting, decides to record a video journal documenting his stay at the hospital in 2006. He secretly tapes conversations with himself. After being told that the chances of him being infected with HIV are 50/50, he begins gradually to accept the fact that the result could be positive… From this recorded material, Krzysztof intended to make a film together with Dominika Długokęcka. His tragic death in January 2010 cut these plans short. The film '50/50', dedicated to Krzysztof Nowiński's memory, was completed after his death.
