Where was Franck Kovick on the night of December 24 to 25? At this precise time, a group of terrorists broke down the doors of a breeding lab with the aim of freeing the dogs insided and saving them from vivisection. A few hours after the break-in, the first elements of the investigation seem to indicate that this modest theatre teacher is the ideal suspect. Sarah, a journalist who wants to know more about the motivations of the organization Kovick belongs to, admires the teacher's selflessness and convictions. In his cell, Franck constantly retraces the itinerary that led him and his team to this fateful Christmas Eve. Was it all too much for these people who ultimately are just normal folks? Aware that the illegality of their action made them a target and that the slightest error would be fatal, each person had meticulously prepared their role. Chance was outlawed, failure forbidden. Who amongst these determined and steadfast resistants could have betrayed Franck and denounced him? For Franck, the evidence that lands on Captain Chartier's desk makes no sense.
