BRÈVES DE COMPTOIR

by Jean-Michel Ribes

synopsis

A day at L’Hirondelle café, in a small suburban square, opposite the cemetery. Right from when it opens at 6.30am until it closes at 10.30pm, clients come in, drink, talk, go out, come back, drink and talk some more. They create a curious spoken opera, soft and comical music, a hymn of wild thoughts produced from the pleasure of being together, a glass of white wine in hand.
