synopsis

Caught in a violent storm as they drive to their holiday destination, Maria and her family are forced to stop for the night in a small town near the Spanish border, where the police are searching for a man who has just murdered his wife and her lover. In the middle of the night, Maria suddenly finds herself face to face with the murderer. Thinking she has found a way to escape her own demons, she decides to run away with him…
