Cico and Bob are two actors who never achieved true success. One day, due to an astonishing sequence of events, the two are believed to have died in the fire of their home. The news is on the front page of the newspapers and the coverage by the mass media builds up a posthumous success for two "unlucky yet outstanding" actors.
