ARF
by Simona Cornacchia, Anna Russo
synopsis
World War II: men, afflicted by hunger, cold and fear are now unable to feel love. So it happens that an abandoned baby is saved by a heroic white dog, who adopts him, christens him Arf and lets him grow up with his four-legged companions. Half man and half dog, the little one grows up strong, happy and above all unaware of the cruelty that inhabits the earth. Until one day he is discovered, arrested and taken to a prison camp. But Arf, with the innocence and lightness of someone who has never had anything from life, turns the entire camp upside down, confuses the jailers, subverts all the rules. And when one day, by chance, the Führer himself arrives in the camp, he seems to be able to change the fate of the war.
