THE SPECTATOR

by Paolo Franchi

synopsis

Valeria, 26, is a shy and solitary girl. She lives in Turin, working as a real-time interpreter. In her daily life there is no place for tenderness and affection. Only a routinary interest for the unaware Massimo, a man in his forties who lives in the house at the other side of the street, secretly watched by her through the shutters. Some brief encounters seem to create a very thin liaison between them, but the man is still a stranger to her. When he moves to Rome, everything seems to collapse in Valeria’s life and she decides to leave Turin and follow him...
