PÚBOL
by José Ramón Da Cruz
synopsis
The 1982 fire in the Salvador Dalí’s castle (called Púbol) marked the decline of the most explosive and exploited creative mind of the 20th Century. Forty years before, Jean B. Mitticka, the founding father of the Art-Brut (Dali’s friend and enemy), wrote a premonitory letter. Is it possible to link this little fire with the spiritual and physical turbulence created in the early atomic era? Could it be explained through the mysterious discovery of these premonitory letters?
