synopsis
Giacomo is real-estate agent pressured by the constant need for more money. His two kids, Chiara and Paolo, act as if he were the invisible man, and his wife Francesca, originally from Naples, has become a worse snob than the natives of Milan, where they live. But their marriage survives, while those of their friends fall apart. But when Giacomo’s mother-in-law, abandoned by her husband, comes to live with them, and Giocomo finds himself sleeping on the couch, he takes drastic action, returning to the old loft he used a young man to escape his oppressive parents, in order to live on his own again. What he fails to take into consideration is his wife’s reaction...
