In 1996, the City of Naples adopts an urban regeneration project to redevelop the former industrial site of Bagnoli, aiming to create a low population density settlement with a high-quality environment. The chairman and General Director of Bagnoli Plc., the body responsible for implementing the project, oversee the work and talk with the institutions, trade unions and press, while Biagio, a 30-year-old worker, builds the city’s future with his crane.
